Getting the lead (er film) out

Mark Morris on procrastination: ‘I leave whatever it is out and I convince myself that staring at it is a perfectly legitimate form of work.’

It’s been nearly a month since I last posted and I can’t really account for the time other than I should have some of my work from Seattle up but my scanner isn’t cooperating.  Now it’s nearly August and I have signed myself up for another challenge via the wonderful and inspirational Susannah Conway.  Instead of August being the dog days of summer and lounging about…well I can still lounge about I only have to do it with my camera in hand.  The bad news is I already have ‘failed’ in my task of uploading a new photo every day since the first 4 days of August I will be away.  The good news is I will be away in Walla Walla, Wa which promises some beautiful countryside aching to be photographed (not to mention some amazing wines).  Before I leave though I will get up some – if any – Seattle photos.
